Wendy has practiced with Broadfoot & Associates since 2004, following her move to Vermont from Boulder, Colorado. Her litigation practice has focused in large part on family court cases, representing individuals in divorce, parentage, and support matters. She has also represented individuals in family court property division matters.
Wendy began her law career as a pro bono legal aid attorney, protecting the rights of low-income individuals. While working with non-profit agencies, she handled cases for elderly and disabled clients—primarily in domestic relations and landlord tenant disputes. Since entering private practice in 1999, she has concentrated on assisting clients in family court proceedings.
Wendy was active in the Boulder County Bar Association, serving as chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division and co-chair of the family law section. She has continued her active role in family court, serving as a guardian ad litem in the Vermont Family Courts on several cases.
Wendy lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor recreational activities.
