Kate joined Broadfoot & Associates in 2008, after several years as relocation director for a real estate office. She works as a paralegal in family court cases and personal injury claims arising from automobile accidents.

Kate graduated from The University of Vermont in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in history and a minor in political science. It was during her time at UVM that she developed her interest in the law. Following graduation, she worked as an office manager at Gourmet Art of Vermont. After five years in this position, she joined the team at Lang McLaughry Spera Real Estate as the director of relocation services and business development.

When not working, Kate enjoys playing a very active role in local theater, primarily with Lyric Theatre Company. She also teaches tap dance at Spotlight on Dance. Kate enjoys travel and spending time outside enjoying Vermont’s beautiful environment.
